Riptide Innovates Ltd operates this website. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16010813. Our registered office is 43 Queens Avenue, Meols, Wirral, CH47 0LS, United Kingdom.

If you want to talk to us about your personal information, email jonny@riptideinnovates.com.

If you download a case study, we collect the name and email address you type into the form. That is the only personal information this site asks you for.

We do not use cookies, and nothing on this site tracks you across other websites. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate: they tell us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Under UK GDPR we rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interests in following up with someone who has asked for our material and may want to work with us.

Needs a decision: a reviewer should confirm which basis applies to the follow-up contact specifically, and whether PECR requires a soft opt-in wording on the form.

Needs a decision: choose a retention period and state it plainly — for example, "we delete contact details after two years of no contact from you". A policy that says "as long as necessary" and nothing else is not a retention policy.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

Name the CRM if contacts are pushed into one. Name the analytics provider. Each of these is a processor and each should be listed here.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.

This site sets no cookies. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, and our analytics are cookieless, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
